Secondary students must be enrolled in a participating high school in the Indian Capital Technology Center district.

• Applicants must be making satisfactory progress toward graduation in local participating high school when making application.

• Each secondary student must have the written consent of his/her parent or guardian.

• Each secondary student must receive the approval of his/her local high school principal and/or counselor.

• Students will be interviewed by an Indian Capital Technology Center Counselor before admission to any program.

• Students will be enrolled in programs in which they show a reasonable opportunity to achieve success.
